Puppy School at ''The Vet Centre''

Puppy pre-school is a series of fun classes designed to teach basic obedience, and socialise your puppy with other pups and people. Many aspects of puppy care are covered, including toilet training, nutrition, worming etc. Problem behaviours such as biting and jumping are also addressed. The experiences the puppy has during his first few months will affect later behaviour. From many early studies it is now known that dogs that have been isolated during this time are more likely to be hyperactive, aggressive, difficult to train, antisocial and fearful.

If puppies are to develop into normal, friendly and confident adults, they need to be regularly handled and exposed to many new and novel situations in a non threatening way.
